With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, David has established a reputation for quality construction, while specializing in Commercial, Large Residential, Multifamily Reconstruction and Site Reconstruction. David is a licensed General Contractor (B) since 1986, and has added license classifications in Concrete (C8), Lath and Plaster (C35) and Roofing (C39). He is also recognized as a Certified Professional Estimator® (CPE) and Council-certified Microbial Remediator® (CMR). His long time familiarity with the complex grid of interrelationships in the construction industry, including real estate principles, construction management, financial management and human resource coordination, provides the decision making abilities necessary to plan and complete involved and difficult projects for clients in a timely manner.
